I personally have helped many buyers purchase a rental prior to their first home. I think times are different than what they we’re in the past. Not only, are we in a more creative society but a lot of people don’t want to work for 30 years + for a corporation and then retire. Lots are thinking of putting their money to work for them to live an easier, more peaceful life now.
