There is no shortage of quality developments in Flower Mound. But one of the pillars of this small town – many consider it the flagship community – is Bridlewood. Built in the 1990s and situated in the center of Flower Mound, it set the standard of excellence for future developments. One of those newer neighborhoods is Wellington, which is one of the largest developments in town and features plenty of “starter” homes. You can still get in on the “ground floor” in Riverwalk, a newly developed mixed-use community blending retail, restaurants, and public spaces with traditional homes, townhomes, and even apartments.
