What a spectacular episode we have for you this week! Janusz Domagala - semi finalist in the latest series of Great British Bake Off regales his time on set and tells us what happened with the mysterious spring roll!

We also meet Sarah Wyndham Lewis who is not only a Honey Sommelier, but much more than that - she is an advocate and activist for the bees. And boy, do the bees need her! 

But first, let’s meet another member of our festival team. From the kitchen to the whole festival - Groucho covers it all on camera. He spends the set up days filming for the ‘how to put a festival together film’ then films all over the weekend - showing our festivals off in the best possible way.

He’s part of our festival family and we love having him around…he’s also pretty bloody brilliant at what he does!
