Bio: Jeff is a seasoned expert in sea level rise and water management engineering. With nearly 40 years of experience, he has presented on holistic approaches to sea level rise and the use of GIS tools for assessing vulnerability at prominent conferences, including the Florida Stormwater Association Annual Conference. Jeff holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida.
