Matthew 11: 28 -"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest"

Welcome back to BWC Thoughts! This week Jonah is diving into some scripture to break down a bit of what the Word says about vulnerability.

In this episode we visit the book of Matthew where Jesus reminds us that it is in Him that we can find rest but we need to first be able to admit that we are in need of Him and that comes with a sense of vulnerability. We also explore Philippians with one of the most famous pieces of scripture about how through Christ all things are possible and so the fear that comes with being vulnerable can be overcome by the power we have through Jesus.

We should never forget that on the other side of being courageous enough to be vulnerable, is what we have been praying for all along!
