All of us sometimes (or often) wish our lives and our work could be a lot more flexible, but we don't think that's possible given the number of demands we have on our time. This week Maria talks about the concept of living in a constant state of flexibility, without having to give up on the things you have to do. The way to do that is by 1) de-escalating and 2) simplifying the things you have on your to-do list, which will creates time in your schedule and space in your brain to handle unexpected circumstances during your day and to create work that's a lot less rigid and stressful and a lot more fun.
