This week we talk about the idea that, just as nature around us has seasonality, so do our lives. We go through periods of time that are harder than usual or periods of not having as much energy as we want and that's all completely normal. But we have been taught that we need to show up in pretty much the same way every day, and we berate ourselves so much whenever we are unable to do that. 

Some of the other topics we touch upon include the concept of "wasting time" (and why that's actually not something you need to worry about) and the idea  that we need to be constantly growing and optimizing ourselves (also something you may want to ditch).
