The Gospel of Mark chapter 9 beginning at verse 28, “And when He had come into the house, His disciples asked Him privately, ‘Why could we not cast it out?’ So He said to them, ‘This kind can come out by nothing but prayer and fasting.’“

I wonder today how many of God’s people still know how to spiritually fight? Having received a message that came to us through blood and sacrifice, many now think that passing it on from lounge chair to lounge chair will somehow suffice. Now, we find ourselves unable to expel the demonic influences, which threaten to swallow now a whole generation of our children. The instructions of Jesus still hold true for our time. This evil-this evil of demonic influence wanting to destroy our children can and will be cast out, but only through a people given to prayer and fasting.

It’s time to pray!
