In this week’s episode, we question the notion that we “should” be grateful for things. Because telling ourselves that we should feel a certain way never works! In fact, “shoulding '' yourself into being grateful for your job doesn't actually create a feeling of gratitude - and forcing yourself to be grateful, doesn’t leave much room to explore how you actually feel. And a forced sense of gratitude discounts the effort, time and energy that you put into your work. Ultimately you get to decide what you’re grateful for or not! Tune in this week to listen to our conversation about how to prevent “shoulding” yourself into a false sense of gratitude.
