This week, Natasha talks about how important it is to pause and take a deep breath throughout our day.  Many of us are on overdrive, anxiously trying to rush through our work and our days - so anxious, that we rarely pause to take a full deep breath, and instead we go through life either holding our breaths or breathing shallow on autopilot. In fact, many of us think that once we get through our to-do list or our work days, that is when we will *finally* get to relax. But in reality, that relaxation and calm isn’t something that simply happens TO us - it’s something that we have to create.
