Don't let me burst your bubble, but you cannot motivate others; motivation is something that comes from yourself - not from a coffee cup, not from a pretty song ... it's what gives you purpose. And that's what we are talking about on this episode.

You must always remember your WHY.

Your WHY will motivate you. It won't motivate anyone else but you, so it needs to be strong - powerful - full of emotion. Your WHY is what gets you out of bed every day.

Your motivation is what makes you get up, show up, and GROW UP in your business.
