This week on By The Way, Bibi chatted with Mzamo Mbhele.

Mzamo is a 22 year old final year software development student at Mangosuthu University of Technology. He developed an app called Job X, this app uses no data and helps young people find employment opportunities near them. Within just a week of its launch the app has 10 000 users and is sitting with over 40000.

He chats with Bibi about what goes into creating this sort of app and what impact he hopes this has on SA and the continent.
