As we begin the journey by looking at ourselves, looking at who or what we walk by. Understand that what I want us to examine is by what are we allowing ourselves to be led by- We should all know that that there are two roads in which on walks in this earthly life. --The first is a road that is very broad, that is it is a wide road one by which there are many different modes of transportation. That is there are a lot of idols to follow to get straight to the point. There are on this road many Things to see. This road is somehow pleasing to the eye satisfying to the flesh, oh and there are many curves and pit stops by which to get where you are headed. Trust me none of them are good in the end. --Then there is this second road in scripture it is often referred to as the road less traveled. And there is a very clear cut reason for that. See this road is straight it is like say the interstate only see this road is narrow. As you travel this road however you are constantly bombarded with reasons to get off. See following this road at times does not seem as exciting as the brush of the nearby wide open road rushes against you, and seeks to entice you with its majestic views. See it is for that reason that this is the road less traveled it just does not seem as enjoyable, it sometimes seems plain and not exciting. Yet for those who choose to remain steadfast to follow this road there awaits a treasure far beyond what anyone could ever truly imagine.
