The 'power levels' in Dragon Ball Z are nuts. They start off as like 20, but end up as like 7.5 trillion. Numbers like that are meaningless, so like how every thousand numbers we invent a new number category with data (millibytes, bytes, kilobytes, gigabytes, terabytes), it could be useful to convert power levels into something more useful- like Krillen Levels, named for the Danny DeVito of Dragon Ball Z.
