sitting in my brand new apartment with literally my bed, my desk, my dresser and that is it. feeling lonely. but honestly glad im here and ive been waiting for this moment to be alone in my own space for a awhile now. so we are going to enjoy being lonely cause being lonely is not always a bad thing. it gives us a time to grow, to understand ourselves on a deeper level. it gives us a chance to entertain ourselves and hang out with ourselves. so we "i'm" going to make myself dinner and watch a movie or maybe even get crazy and watch movies (plural).

- 3 things that made you happy today
- 3 things that you were grateful for today
- 3 things you got done today
- 3 emotions you felt today
- end with a free write and just talk about how you felt throughout the day. if something good happened talk about it. if something bad happened talk about it. go deeper into those emotional you felt, what happened to make you feel like that, why do you think you felt like that, and what did you learn about yourself. write about tomorrow and what you want to happen and be excited about the little things when going into the next day.
