opening up after a relationship can be scary. being vulnerable can be scary. being emotional can be scary but it is a great way to get to know yourself on a deeper level. i encourage you to open up to that someone and take a chance. scared of rejection scared of letting someone in. life is too short for that, go all in and challenge yourself.
