Lauren Quick Bio:
Lauren Quick is from Columbia, SC currently residing in Charleston, SC.
Lauren earned her Associates Degree from South University and became a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) in 2019. While in Columbia, SC she gained experience working with children while teaching dance-ballet, tap, jazz and contemporary. Following her passion of movement and children, Lauren became a Certified Yoga Instructor through Kidding Around Yoga to incorporate into her sessions. Through teaching the asanas (poses), breath work and meditation techniques Lauren brings a unique collection of evidence-based practices and activities to her therapy sessions. Lauren is devoted to children with developmental delays, sensory processing disorders and other diagnosis to help them overcome sensory, physical, social and mental boundaries.
Lauren enjoys exploring Charleston, spending time outdoors-beach and State/National Parks. Her dogs, significant other and bonus son bring her happiness and make Charleston home.

Since graduating from the University of South Carolina, Natasha has dedicated the last 5 years to national service through various AmeriCorps programs, and is currently beginning some exciting career exploration to determine how to use her degree and eclectic professional experience while balancing competing physical and mental health challenges. Some of her interests include travel, yoga, volunteering, permaculture, writing, and doing medical research in hopes to someday live a more vibrant, pain-free, adventurous life. She practices journaling, gratitude, and mindfulness daily, and is on a journey to become her most free and authentic self.
