“But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all.” (1 Corinthians 12:7)

As we encounter God’s Word in various ways (Bible reading, church teachings, the Holy Spirit’s voice, etc.) we must decide how to deal with It. We can reject It, receive It, believe It, hope for It, or take a variety of other positions in response to what God says. While I always try to believe and have faith in God’s Word, sometimes I forget God’s agency in making His Word my reality. God wants His Word to come to pass more than we do, and we need to remember that and expect Him to do what needs to be done to see His Word in our lives. This message is a reminder to us all that God will bring His Word to pass.

We all know that faith, hope and love are extremely important. People talk a great deal about faith and love, but how much do we really know about hope? In fact, God calls Himself the “God of Hope” and says that we should “abound in hope.” But what really is hope and how do we start using it deliberately? In this message we look at a variety of fascinating Scriptures to understand hope, how hope interacts with faith, and how to use hope. God expects hope to be an integral part of your life, and a correct use of hope will change your life.

When a Christian receives the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, that Christian is “endued with power from on high.” But what does that mean? How will the miracle-working power of God impact our daily lives? How should we think about this power and how can we use this power? In this study we look at all of these questions and learn how we can start walking in God’s power today.

When we pray for something it might take some time for the answer to show up. In fact, it’s a really good idea to internalize that truth for all of your praying. But that period of time between when you say “amen” and when you say “there it is” can be hard. You want to “believe you receive” but the contrary physical circumstances tempt you to doubt. In this message we talk about staying (or “standing”) in faith while we wait, and how to do that in peace and confidence.

God has many wonderful promises for every area of our lives. If we believe His Word, His promises will become our reality. But sometimes there is a wide gap between what His Word promises and what we see in the natural realm. What He promises may seem (or actually be) impossible, and it can be hard to believe. In this message we study how God’s Word will change physical reality, and how we can believe for anything, even the impossible, so that His promises become our reality.

Our Christian spiritual realities are absolutely wonderful and mind-blowing. But while all sorts of amazing stuff happens to us spiritually the moment we become Christians, we still must learn how to become spiritual people and spiritually mature. In this message I cover all of this and show you how to start rapidly advancing your spiritual life.

The Baptism in the Holy Spirit is one of God’s greatest blessings for His people. Unfortunately, it’s been held back from much of the Christian world by fear, misunderstanding and bad teaching. God has this blessing for all Christians. This teaching covers the Biblical basics on this blessing and helps you to receive this wonderful Gift.

All Christians are called into the war between the Kingdom of God and the dominion of darkness. There is a very real spiritual war going on in the world today. But taking your place in this fight was never meant to be overly complicated or only for the super saints. We are all called to use our authority in Christ to fight against the unclean spirits in the world around us. This teaching will help you understand this war and how to start fighting for God today.

Should a Christian tithe? If so, why should we tithe? You’ve probably heard that if you don’t tithe you are “cursed” or “robbing God,” but that’s not true at all! However, tithing is still a great thing to do and will bring tremendous blessings to your life.
