Hi everyone, welcome to another Backyard Space Opera Podcast! This week we follow up on our serial character analysis by presenting the narrative story based on the Dungeons and Dragons character we created. We’ll also present a character narrative from another of Cody’s players, which leads into a discussion of how role playing games like Dungeons and Dragons can be a great way to express creativity. We expand on the use of outside limits and rules to force innovation in our writing. We also discuss how Dungeons and Dragons gives writers an avenue to share their work with the world, and make some money, through initiatives like Wizard’s of the Coast’s DM’s Guild.
