The host of Turner Classic movies talks her favorite of the SF movies the channel is showing every Tuesday back in July of 2019. 

I love the way that it melts together all the different astronauts stories so it is about mankind's trip to the moon not about one singular person or even a singular country you know does talk about the space race with America and the Soviet Union. But it doesn't focus on the fact that America one it feels like it was very much a global effort and a global celebration when they got there so much interesting footage in that film.
