Dr Russell Kennedy is a medical doctor with additional degrees and training in neuroscience and developmental psychology. He is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher and pro stand up comedian with over 1000 appearances on comedy club stages across North America. He is an expert in all things anxiety related because he has studied anxiety extensively as a medical expert and perhaps more importantly, Dr Kennedy has dealt with anxiety in his own personal life for as far back as he can remember
