Dr. Allegretti serves as the Director of Clinical Research and is the Associate Director of the Crohn’s and Colitis Center. She developed the hospital’s Fecal Microbiota Transplantation Program and has grown to become an international expert on the topic of FMT. We discussed her journey through medicine, mentorship, and the C. diff guidelines released by the American College of Gastroenterology in 2021.
