Emre is the Founder and CEO of DAtAnchor, a data security startup that helps companies keep their secure data safe, even when sharing it with team members and other remote teams. Emre is a professor at the Ohio State University and earned his PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.

The goals of the Conquering Columbus podcast is to document these individuals stories – from how they got to where they are today, to gaining a better insight into who they are and how they think – and provide our listening base in the city with valuable content to apply to their own lives. We have long term hopes that the podcast will become a central hub for all things extraordinary in Columbus, ultimately inspiring those across the city and connecting dots that otherwise may have been left unconnected for the worse.
