Louise, Lately came into being as an indie-folk project, the creative brainchild of singer/songwriter Abigail Feldman.Captivated by the narrative traditions of Folk and Americana, her sincere, intimate lyricism has always orbited around stories, and the way they interweave with her own experiences of uncertainty, wonder, and identity. Louise, Lately draws inspiration from the Folk and Americana artists who came before her, from Joni Mitchell and Emmylou Harris, to Bob Dylan and Nina Simone.
