Heading back to Winter Rest to finish their jobs, the party slowly begins to splinter off one by one. After facing a minor run in with some Owlbears, Shura and Renwick go to Deso, while James stays behind, finding himself in the “Rest” of Winter Rest, while Thrakk and Blythe spend some time together, bonding over owlbears.
