Arriving in Lokslanding, a port in Amnobelyn on the opposite side of the world from Frosthold, the crew take some down time. Waiting for Thurin 13th and the arrival of Magda's father's ship, they practice, study, and rest. The morning Hector is to arrive, the crew doesn't know Christmas has a side plan of his own, and it might be the decider between success and failure. But no one can plan for everything.
