This is the one thing that we all need for this: SELF LOVE and SELF CARE! Back when I started working out at the gym in the beginning of my fitness journey, I would not look at myself in the mirror. I wasn't happy or confident with who I was. It took me months to gain confidence in myself to embrace my total being.
