The CAA proposed charges for drone operators are available now in the document here:

It's worth a look and you can find the proposed scheme of charges for the upcoming fiscal year on pages 21-25.

On the whole, I'd say they're actually not too drastic in terms of increases/changes (although far from what we'd all like to be paying, for sure)!
