Welcome back! This week, Mary Patton interviewed Cade Slaughter, a good friend and the newly named Mr. Ole Miss. In this episode, Cade opens up about his faith and how God taught him at an early age to place his trust in Him, open his eyes to love people of all kinds, and step out in faith each day by putting on the armor of God (see Ephesians 6). Although life can be "more unexpected than expected," Cade recognizes that by placing his hope in the Lord, he can be a light for others no matter where he is in life.
