In this episode of Flippin' Out, I speak with level 10 gymnast and University of Kentucky commit Cadence Gormley! We talk about her journey and what it is like to be going into her sixth year of level 1o. She discusses her accomplishments and struggles and what it was like to commit to her dream school. Cadence shares her advice to aspiring gymnasts as well as some hobbies she likes to do outside of the gym. Cadence is an inspiring young girl who you definitely want to hear from!
