Born in Rosario, Argentina in 1978, Franco Cinelli is one of the country's foremost techno figures. Starting his DJ career at 14, he was soon crafting his first tracks inspired by Detroit techno. He became a pillar of the local scene, known for his flawlessly mixed sets that blend diverse styles. As a resident at Buenos Aires' legendary El Sotano, he shared the booth with numerous prominent local and international artists.

Cinelli's influence grew globally with a European tour in 2003. His 2005 collaboration, the 'Picaro EP,' became an underground hit, charting internationally. He pioneered a hybrid live performance using both vinyl and laptop, and became a highly sought-after producer. Through a steady stream of releases and remixes on respected labels, he firmly established his name in the global underground.
