We often think confidence means speaking well, looking put-together, knowing what to say, and carrying yourself a certain way....
But what about the parts of you nobody sees?
The insecurities you hide. The things you’re still healing from. The parts of yourself you sometimes struggle to accept.
In this episode, let’s go deeper into what confidence really means — and whether true confidence is about appearing fearless, or being able to honestly see yourself, accept yourself, and still choose to show up.
Are You Really Fine?
We casually say, “I’m fine” every day. But are you?
Behind the smile, the work, the laughter, and the pretending—how do you genuinely feel?
Maybe no one else needs to know. But at least you deserve to know.
This episode is your little reminder to stop pretending with yourself and ask: “Am I really okay?”
Why do some people seem to keep getting what they want, while others stay stuck despite being talented and hardworking?
Is it really about luck, talent… or something deeper?
A completely unscripted thought on rejection, energy, perspective, and the way we show up.
In this episode of Back to You, we talk about how to rise when life doesn’t go your way. From facing disappointment to finding small steps of strength, this is a gentle reminder that every setback is a chance to return closer to yourself.
Have you ever dressed up, stepped out, and realized you didn’t need anyone else to enjoy the moment? That’s the magic of a solo date.
In this episode, I share why taking yourself out isn’t about loneliness—it’s about love. Love for your body, your mind, and your life. Solo dates teach us to slow down, listen to ourselves, and celebrate who we are—without waiting for someone else to make us feel special.
If you’ve never tried it before, maybe this is your sign🌸
When I went abroad for my studies, I thought the treasure was out there — in degrees, jobs, opportunities, and the “next big thing.” 🌍 I kept chasing, believing that once I found that one thing, I’d finally feel complete.
But life had its own lessons. Challenges, struggles, and moments of feeling lost taught me what I didn’t expect: the real treasure was not in another place, or another role, or someone else’s validation… it was already inside me. 💜
This reminded me of Santiago in The Alchemist. He traveled across deserts and oceans, only to discover that the treasure he was chasing had always been within reach. His journey wasn’t wasted though — it was the journey that made him discover himself.
And maybe that’s the point. Sometimes losing, failing, or wandering isn’t the end… it’s the path that leads us back to ourselves. 🌿
Have you ever wondered why we spend so much time helping companies grow… but forget our own dreams? 🌙
In this episode, let’s talk about:
✨ Why we ignore our passion
✨ How fear and routine keep us stuck
✨ And why even 10 minutes a day can help us feel alive again
Your job may pay your bills — but your passion feeds your soul. 💛
Take a deep breath, listen, and ask yourself:
“Am I only building someone else’s vision… or also my own?”
✨ This isn’t just a podcast — it’s a gentle pause for your soul.
💭 For the nights you scroll to escape, and the weight you carry quietly.
🌍 I went abroad chasing dreams… but found the self I had buried.
