Caffeinated Rambles

Caffeinated Origin Stories

Listen Later

First episode! I'm Anh Thu, I'm caffeinated, and I'm rambling about how the idea for this podcast began. It all started with a book, a room full of slightly traumatized musicians, and my hero. Also some brief summary of the advantages that can be gained from childhood adversity and some possible ways to seek resilience.
