King Jack slouched in the throne with his head propped up on one hand, supported by both his elbow and the armrest underneath, while his other hand fiddled with the fur on his fine cloak. Jack barely heard his advisors who stood beside him, chattering ceaselessly. Jack wondered about lady Caitlin and when she would return to him from abroad. “There's Krasinski in the south,” Jack heard from his closest advisor, Chancellor Fuzz. “He has been raising quite the force, and now there’s a new player to the East—Gad was it? Only a small number have pledged fealty so far but in time…” “Well what do you suggest we do?” asked the voice of a second advisor who had a name King Jack couldn’t quite place. “Go on the offensive of course” replied Chancellor Fuzz “We strike while their weak and—”

“No.” Jack said, cutting him off. “B-but my Lord” said Chancellor Fuzz, “Krasinski to the south? Gad to our East, they could prove a thr—”

“Children playing in their fathers clothes!” roared King Jack and he pounded one fist onto the same arm rest that supported his head and elbow not seconds prior. “My Lord with all due respect...” replied Fuzz, “I don’t think you’re considering the—”

“I don’t think *you’re* considering Chancellor!” King Jack boomed, and then softened his tone, “Look around you Fuzz...We are still here. Even after The War of the Lower Third, The Great Chat & Castie War, The Grey E.T times, Through them all...we have endured. Have faith Chancellor, our patience shall see us through.”
