Join us for an inspiring conversation with Caitlin Crommett, founder and president of DreamCatchers.  Starting as a high school service project, Caitlin followed her passion in creating DreamCatchers - an opportunity to connect younger and older generations by empowering students and their local communities to fulfill the end-of-life dreams of hospice patients.  After receiving her undergraduate degree from Notre Dame, Caitlin completely focused on growing DreamCatchers.
