Early in her career, Caitlin gained experience in advertising agencies, sales, consulting, and more before landing her role at Pinterest. Caitlin is also the Student Committee Chair of the AdClub of Toronto where she provides students guidance, support, and resources as they are transitioning out of school and into their career.
