Trends are different; from Fantasy cakes, that can be 7-8 ft tall, to so called Fake cakes that are being made just for the sake of fulfilling the bride’s dream wedding and perfect photographs. But his favorite clients are those that are willing to go out of their comfort zone and work with different elements.
