Dairy is not the only source nor is dairy the best source of Calcium. There is adequate Calcium in Plant-Based foods like beans or legumes, green veggies, oranges, quinoa, wild rice to name a few. A balanced Plant-Based diet can insure that we get adequate amount of calcium and protein to help keep us strong and healthy.
