In Episode 26, Nate and Mike, along with returning special guest Kate Bosman, dive back into the realities of setting a positive employee experience and creating a data-rich employee lifecycle.  We tackle the concepts of gathering human level data throughout the org and finding ways to use that data without disrupting the overall trust between IT and the organization.  We also discuss the new Microsoft Spyware called Recall and enjoy some tasty apps at Paddys in Newton.  All in all, good times for us and for our listeners!
