There is beauty in noticing you're off your game because when you go back on track again you feel good about yourself. You're fired up and the level of determination is high. And because of that you stay focused for long hours. Results start showing and you're filled with gratitude. It's time to treat yourself. Stay healthy, eat well, get enough sleep and stay hydrated.👏👏👏

What is the essence? Burning your bridges and boats means that there is no turning back. More often people tend to have a back up plan or a plan B which is a dangerous thing. This is where you get comfortable and say, "after all, if it does not work out this way, I have plan B." Realize today that plan Bs are screwing you up and it's holding you back from going all in.
