In this episode I speak to Caley.

Caley grew up in a family of 7 girls with her mum always speaking of birth so beautifully and passionately, no fear around it. She was intrigued and drawn to birth from a young age and has her Mum to thank for this. She was also present at the birth of her youngest sister - born in hospital. All of these experiences shaped her own journey into freebirthing her 2 daughters and the deep passion she has for birth.

Before becoming a Mum, Caley worked 10 years in the human and community services field which was all a big part of her finding herself as a woman and really realising that the 9-5 GO GO GO structure was not supporting her body or cycles!

Now, every day she is consciously creating a life for her girls. It’s not always easy. But she knows who she is, she knows what she wants for them and what she doesn’t.

Motherhood is no easy task, especially when doing it from a deeply conscious space.

But it’s well and truly worth it all.
