The California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) will be the administrator for the California Dream for All program, as approved in Senate Bill 197. CalHFA is authorized to provide shared-appreciation loans to help low- and moderate-income FIST TIME homebuyers achieve the Dream of homeownership. The shared appreciation loans will provide funding to assist with down payments and closing costs.
