Psalm 30 verse 2, “Oh, Lord my God, I cried out to you, and you healed me.“

As I was preparing this devotional I was thinking back to many, many years ago, before I had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, when I cried out to God. It was more than a prayer, it was a cry. I was traveling in my car, and while I was doing so, I stumbled on a radio program where Billy Graham was speaking. I didn’t really understand the message, but it caused me to audibly cry out to God for help for the very first time in my life. And today I can say like King David: God heard me, and God healed me. Today I’m asking you to do like I once did, call out to God from your heart, and then sit back and watch what He’s going to do.
