I’ve known for a long time that I wanted to become an ICF-accredited coach. I’ve been coaching for years—veterans, men in transition, folks rebuilding their lives—but I knew I needed that credential to take it to the next level. Hey everyone—and welcome to Called to Coach. My name is Rob Anderson, and I’m honored to have you with me for this first episode. I want to take a little time today to set the stage—to tell you who I am, where I’ve been, and why I’ve decided to pursue credentialing with the International Coaching Federation, or ICF.

Grace Driven Leadership explores a different approach to leadership. One built on the idea that people grow best when they are treated with both dignity and responsibility.
This podcast…
Each episode explores real leadership challenges such as trust, failure, communication, conflict, and rebuilding relationships. You will learn how psychological safety, emotional regulation, and brain science influence how people respond to feedback, correction, and change.
Grace creates the reason people want to grow. Accountability shows them how.
Grace Driven Leadership is for leaders who believe strong leadership is not about control or authority, but about influence, responsibility, and helping people become the best version of themselves.
