I’ve always understood that everyone has everlasting life; however it is where you will spend it that matters - in heaven with our Lord and all the angels and saints or hell with Satan, the fallen angels and the unrepentant. Is this incorrect theology?, My question is in regard to a podcast in which Dr. Anders says that the brown scapular was simply an outward sign of devotion and that our salvation is only dependent on our standing with God. Why would our blessed mother give us the promise of, "whosoever dies wearing this scapular shall not suffer the eternal fire?" if it wasn’t true?, and more on today's edition of Called to Communion with Dr. David Anders!
