The theme for May is Contemplate, a valid and appropriate energetic response to the intensity of April, where there was a huge amount of excavation and unearthing of old sludge that was ready to be processed and cleared. Now, we are standing at the gates of a new cycle with a lot more space for creation, movement, and life to flow through us. If we can work with the invitation to contemplate -- to reflect on what's present for us, as well as our potential resistances, fears, and blockages around that -- it will help us to move to the next stage of our lives.

259. MONTHLY MEDICINE: May is Contemplate

Whew, this month is a doozy! April roots us fully and firmly into the heart of Aries season on the wings of an Eclipse season and Mercury stationing retrograde. 
Our theme for the month of April is Declining the Invitation. We're not saying no to everything, or bypassing what matters. We're being invited into a space of deep reflection and review this month (hello Merc Rx & Eclipse szn), and as such, we cannot afford to put anything extra on our plate -- including unhelpful stories, untrue narratives, or pursuing stuff that's either a no or a not right now. Trusting in ourselves and the unfolding of things, as well as being extremely gentle with ourselves, is the order of the month ahead.

258. MONTHLY MEDICINE: April is Declining the Invitation

Welcome to a new Monthly Medicine, loves! 
March always represents a powerful turning point on the wheel of the year, as it is the gateway into which we exit Pisces season (and all that that previous cycle represented and held for us) and enter a new astrological year on the wings of Aries season. Between that threshold and our first Eclipse of 2024, this March is shaping up to be quite momentous. 
Our theme for the month of March is Fullness. We're being invited to explore a few things around that theme: 1. the "fullness," zenith, or completion point of this cycle we've been in, and allowing that to be a jumping off point for deeper reflection about what we want to grow and foster on the other side, and 2. how to open to a greater sense of fullness and fulfillment around our own well being this month and beyond.
