Bill Anthes, Green Beret Veteran and founder of Between the Ears (BTE) is a personal development and coaching brand with a very clear mission: Build better humans through physical, mental, and emotional fitness. I started BTE when I left the Army out of a passion and skillset to provide actionable opportunities for people to improve their self-awareness so they can improve themselves.
