In one of the hardest sections of Paul's letter to the Ephesians, we find that God's desire for Christ followers is that we would be different and that our lives would look different from those who aren't walking with Jesus. Instead of hard and callused hearts that hear the truth but never change, the grace of God in Jesus gives us a new heart that loves, learns and craves Jesus and his word, and THAT'S what ignites the change. New affection leads to new direction.
