Hi, I’m Tanya Murphy, and this is the Cultivating Wellbeing Podcast.
I’m a wife, mom, Bibi (Swahili for grandmother) sister, daughter, business owner and an anxiety and panic overcomer. I love family and gathering together, good food, great music, decorating my house and creating great memories!
So here’s the deal, I’ve created this podcast to share everyday practical ways to create a lifestyle that supports our overall wellbeing and periodically I'll have friends that will jump on that will bring their own spice of life to our conversation!
Any aspect of life that supports who we come be will be on the table: from the atmosphere we set in our homes and the food we eat, to the empowering relationships and conversations we have and the amount of time we spend on social media; to what we do to release stress and anxiety. We'll be talking about it all!
