I’m your host, Gayathri, and today, we're tackling a topic that resonates with many of us in the times we live in —how to ‘Calm Your Frayed Nerves’.


It is clear with the state of the world today, that human beings are underdoing extreme stress due to many different factors. And what does our body do when face with stress, our nervous system releases stress hormones, which can lead to feelings of anxiety and unease and loss of control and in such a scenario…we typically do not find people in a calm state. Under stress, the brain’s emotional centers can become hyperactive, leading to an increased likelihood of perceiving situations as threatening or frustrating. This heightened emotional state can make it difficult to respond calmly or rationally, often resulting in anxiety.


Thank you for joining our session today so we can focus on how to ‘Calm Your Frayed Nerves’. My life journey has shown me that creating this ability within us is a key part of success strategy in life.
